Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer Standard and Express shipping across Australia. Standard shipping - $10.50, free over $70.00, typically takes 7–9 business days. 
Express shipping - $24.00 free over $200.00, typically takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Please contact us at support@reddirtdogs.com.au for international shipping quotes and availability. International orders typically take 7–28 business days depending on location. Please note that customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days — we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
