How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog according to the product’s size guide. For collars, measure around the widest part of the neck and allow room for comfort. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days from Australia. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier.

What if the size is not right?

How should I check and care for walking gear?

Red Dirt Dogs is Australian owned. We choose and handpick products for Australian conditions, but not every product is manufactured in Australia. Product-specific Australian-made claims are shown only where they apply.
